Global market research firm Ipsos is pleased to announce the appointment of Kim Larsen as Head of Service Line: Brand Health Monitoring for Ipsos in South Africa. Kim replaces Julitha Tseka, who is moving into Customer Service, remaining in the Ipsos South Africa business. Julitha has been Head of Service Line: Brand Health Monitoring for Ipsos South Africa since (September 2018).
With former Service Line Leader (SLL) Julitha Tseka moving to Account Manager, we are delighted to welcome a new Lead Brand Expert to the Ipsos South Africa office, Kim Larsen. Kim began her new position on 1 August 2022 and brings over 21 years of experience in the brands industry, expertise which will be leveraged to develop Ipsos’ growing presence in Africa.
With five and a half years of experience as Director of Customer Service at Kantar prior to joining Ipsos, Kim’s experience is both broad and deep, ranging from generating strategic insights to developing complex regional programs and deepening customer relationships with their brands. After completing her Commerce degree at the University of Johannesburg, Kim began her journey at Research Surveys, growing as an expert in helping clients refine their growth strategies.
