​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​ ​​J3112 – New Leaf Search has partnered with a financial services organization specializing in banking in the search for an Internal Sales/Pre-Credit Analyst. You will develop new business opportunities through the delivery of high levels of service to clients, presenters and suppliers, as well as prepare and upload new business proposals ahead of your credit review.

Salary: c£37,000 plus excellent bonuses and benefits. Location: UK, Surrey (hybrid).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Effectively develop new business opportunities through the provision of high levels of service to clients, presenters and suppliers.

  • Manage the daily flow of indirect negotiations from origination to payments.

  • Triage agreement in principle, agreements to be completed in a timely manner, references reviewed within agreed SLAs.

  • Offer triage to include a full proposal review and completion of any calculators to ensure policy adherence.

  • Preparing new business proposals and uploading to systems, in a complete state ready for credit review.

  • Assist with line of credit drawdowns.

  • Analyzes financial information and recommends the way forward based on the information provided.

  • Arrange for valuations and inspections of assets where required.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders; Credits, Collections, Brokers and Broker Managers on the outcomes of the Contracts.

  • Develop new business opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with clients and presenters and by providing an efficient, high quality service.

  • Perform relevant credit and accessory searches on each customer during onboarding.

  • Assist with documentation production, tracking and administration.

  • Ensure high standards are maintained with respect to all records and documentation.

  • Respond to general and account specific questions from FCT, QA, data retention, customer service and collections

  • Communicate and report potential issues/risks in a timely and effective manner.

IDENTITY OF THE PERSON:

  • At least 3 years in an internal sales/credit/leasing/finance role.

  • Computer skills (good knowledge of the MS Office package – Excel, Word).

  • Ability to communicate at all levels and able to build and develop relationships with clients and business presenters.

  • Ability to produce and maintain accurate new business records and spreadsheets.

  • High level of numeracy and understanding of financial calculations.

  • Methodical in approach with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Good organizational skills.

  • Flexible and adaptable.

  • Ability to work as part of a team – Team player.

  • Customer centric approach.

We strongly favor candidates with proven and relevant experience in financial services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
